CIRCL is the CERT for the private sector, municipalities and non-governmental entities in Luxembourg. CIRCL provides a reliable and trusted point of contact for all users, companies and organizations based in Luxembourg to deal with attacks and incidents. The team of experts acts as a fire department, with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently when threats are suspected, detected or incidents occur.

The goal of CIRCL is to collect, assess, report and respond to cyber threats in a systematic and rapid manner.
