125 years ago, during the 2nd Industrial Revolution, world leaders gathered in The Hague to seek global solutions for a peaceful future. Today, in the 4th Industrial Revolution, they’ve come together again—this time, to protect the world’s most vulnerable. The BEYOND125 Action Plan is the result of this urgent collaboration. It builds on global frameworks like the Accra Call for Cyber Resilient Development, the Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace, and the UN Pact for the Future with its Global Digital Compact.
